dude, what the heck? have you thought of the fact that maybe i did search google, but i was unsatisfied about all of them? and that mayeb iwas hoping to find a Guild Wars oriented Name generator?

Here's a good site for finding the right name: http://forum.barrowdowns.com/site/middleearthname.php . You basically enter your own name and it gives you the respective names in elven, dwarven and halfling languages. It's by no means completely accurate but fun nevertheless.
